Position Overview
We are currently seeking organised and proactive Unit Co-Ordinators to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the day-to-day operation of care units—coordinating schedules, managing communication, and supporting team efficiency to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with care standards.

Requirements
- A Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Care Studies, or a related discipline
- Early Years Level 7 qualification accepted for roles in Naas
- Strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Full clean driver’s licence (desirable but not essential)
Salary
- Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
