Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Health Care Managers to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead, support, and coordinate high-quality care services while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

As a Health Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing care delivery, supporting frontline staff, and ensuring compliance with national care standards.

Requirements

• A Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, or a related field
• Early Years Level 7 qualification accepted for positions in Naas
• Proven leadership or management experience in a care setting (desirable)
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• A full, clean driver’s licence (desirable but not essential)
