Role Overview

We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team. As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals in achieving independence and enhancing their quality of life while working within supportive and structured environments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Care Studies, or a related discipline
• Early Years Level 7 accepted
• Fetac level 5/QQI level 5
• Full clean driver’s licence (desirable but not essential)
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
