Position Overview

We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers to join our expanding team. This is a flexible agency position, giving you the freedom to choose the type of shifts and locations that best suit your lifestyle—whether you prefer day shifts, night shifts, or sleepovers.

Essential Qualifications

• Fetac level 5/QQI level 5
• Candidates must hold a Level 7 or higher degree in one of the following fields:
  • Social Care
  • Applied Social Studies
  • Social Care Practice

Key Qualities

• Compassionate, empathetic, and client-focused
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
• Full clean driving licence (desirable but not essential)
