Position Overview

We are currently seeking committed and compassionate Project Workers to join our growing agency team. Working as part of our flexible staffing model allows you to choose shifts that align with your availability—offering you better balance between your professional and personal life.

As a Project Worker, you will work with service users to provide consistent support, promote independence, and ensure a safe and caring environment.

Essential Qualifications

A Level 7 or higher qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in one of the following disciplines:

• Social care or Applied Social Studies
• Youth and Community
• BA(Hons) Youth and Community Development
• BA (Hons) Psychology
• Addiction Studies
• BA (Hons) counselling and Addiction Studies
• Disability Diploma (Primary Degree)
• Social Science

Key Attributes

• A genuine passion for helping others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Client-focused with empathy and professionalism
• Flexibility in shift preferences (day, night, sleepover)
• Full clean driver’s licence (desirable but not required)
